Want to know how much to pay
and when? Done.
Your energy usage can vary throughout the year, leading to higher than usual energy bills at times, which can be a challenge when you’re trying to manage your household budget.
This is where a Regular Pay plan can help - by smoothing out your payments into smaller, more regular instalments, you’ll know how much you need to pay and when.
It’s easy to set up and a simple way to help you budget and manage your energy payments.
How Regular Pay works
Your instalment amount is based on your estimated future charges over the term of the plan (this may include any outstanding balance on your account if you’re an existing customer), your preferred payment frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and the plan start date.
You’ll still receive your bills with your usage and payment details. We’ll also review your account throughout the year to make sure you’re not paying too much or too little. If this happens, we’ll let you know.
