Information for Large Business Customers

The documents below may apply where a large customer does not have a current contractual arrangement in place in respect of their supply arrangement.

Regarding customers whose supply contracts have expired and remain unrenewed these rates constitute Post Contract Rates (for gas) and Default Rates (for electricity) as referred to in their expired contracts.
