As owner of the Yallourn and Jeeralang power station, EnergyAustralia is proud to be part of the Latrobe Valley and is committed to making a positive difference to our local community. We recognise the importance of engaging with the community to build a vibrant place to live and work.
Community Grants Program
EnergyAustralia Yallourn provides community funding for local initiatives that will deliver sustainable benefits for the Latrobe Valley.
For us, the Latrobe Valley region extends from Morwell in the east to Trafalgar in the west (including satellite towns).
Applicants with projects that benefit communities close to the Yallourn Power Station and Mine are particularly encouraged to apply.
Community Grants Applications will be accepted each year between
- Round 1: 1 March – 31 March
- Round 2: 1 September – 30 September
Small funding requests (up to $1,000)
Our small funding supports local organisations and events in the region.
Applications are accepted throughout the year and reviewed monthly.
