Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards

The Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards recognise and celebrate Australia's top organisations for LGBTQ+ inclusion, based on the results of the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI). In 2024 we maintained our Silver Tier Employer status, which we’ve held since 2018.

 

Sapphire Inspire Award for LGBTQ Women

In 2022, Jenny Ratsep, Engineering Systems Leader at EnergyAustralia, was awarded the Sapphire Inspire Award for LGBTQ Women. This award recognises Jenny's tireless work to enhance the lived experience of the LGBTQ community at EnergyAustralia.

We were thrilled to take out gold for best overall program (large organisation) as well as best innovation at Workplace Giving Australia's 2021 awards.  Monies raised though our program has gone to nine charity partners working in the areas of cancer research, homelessness, mental health, and education.
