Business Rate Fix is a great value plan for your business energy needs, with fixed rates and guaranteed discounts* off your market energy charges, every time you pay your bill. This means your daily supply, energy usage, and demand charges (if applicable) won't increase for the 12-month fixed rate period.
The guaranteed discount applies to your energy usage, daily supply charges and demand charges (if applicable). Other fees and charges are excluded.
The fixed rate period is 12 months, during which time your market energy charges – made up of energy usage, daily supply charges and demand charges (if applicable) – won’t increase. Other fees and charges may vary during this time (including solar feed-in tariffs and Greenpower).
The benefit period is 12 months. Your discount will apply for the full benefit term.
