Go Neutral is no longer available to new customers signing up with us or existing customers who are not already opted in to the product. For customers already opted in to Go Neutral, your arrangement remains unchanged.

Our Climate Transition Action Plan (CTAP) sets out our commitment to achieving net zero emissions across Scope 1 and 2 by 2050, and our ambition for this to extend to Scope 3.
The CTAP covers our investment intentions to meet customer energy needs, ensure a just transition for our staff and communities, along with our approach to sustainability engagement and the use of offsets. The CTAP expands on and replaces our earlier Climate Change Statements.
