EnergyAustralia’s popular Energy Expo at the Mt Piper power station is reopening with new interactive displays, a cultural display and a spotlight on the transition to renewable energy sources.

Extensive repair and maintenance works to the Morwell River Diversion (MRD) structure at the Yallourn mine following an unprecedented flooding event in 2021 are nearing completion, EnergyAustralia says.

Today EnergyAustralia welcomed a delegation from Sydney Energy Forum, including Assistant Climate Change and Energy Minister, Jenny McAllister, to view the construction of its Tallawarra B power station - Australia’s first carbon offset gas and hydrogen power station.
